Who are we?
We are a women's connect group born out of a need to understand and overcome many of women's unspoken battles, by developing and sharing friendships with those who need help, appreciation, encouragement and identity.
What do we do?
We meet within a relaxed and informal atmosphere where we can share ideas, talk, advise and support one another and also have lots of fun with exercises and weight management.
Where do we meet and when?
At Intercross Christian Centre every 1st and 3rd Thursdays
from 10.15am till 12.30pm
